Return & Refund Policy

If your piece arrives damaged during shipping, please contact me right away and include photos so that I can file an insurance claim. From there, you’ll have the option to either select a new piece or receive a refund (minus shipping cost).

If you’re not completely satisfied with your painting, you’re welcome to return it within 14 business days. Just be sure to package it exactly as it arrived, reusing the original packaging if possible. Please note that return shipping costs, are the responsibility of the customer. Once I receive the painting in perfect condition, I’ll be happy to issue a refund (less shipping) or help you choose a new piece of equal or lesser value.

If you’d like to see how a painting might look in your space before purchasing, feel free to send me a well-lit, straight-on photo of the area along with the wall’s measurements. I am happy to create a mock-up of the piece in-situ so that you can visualize how the artwork will look in your home.

Please note that for custom commissions, all sales are final, as there are many opportunities to make adjustments during the creative process.
